Professional development with a difference.
We realise that work can be stressful at times. And there isn’t much time to do anything else, except to get things done. So after a particularly busy period of the year, why not take your team away from their desk to move forward?
Our 10-day tour to Nepal can provide a much needed break from the day-to-day routine that takes so much of your time. We can take you to the depths of the Annapurna region and trek up to Poon Hill summit (3210 m) where you will be rewarded by the 360-degree stunning view of the world’s highest peaks. We can also take you to the heart of Nepal to explore its history, culture and challenges, giving you deeper insights into the the life of Nepali people. Or, we can combine both for you and create a custom itinerary that is suitable for your needs.
During the trip, you and your team will also be able to participate in various activities, giving you a chance to create stronger team bonds outside work. You can participate in a Nepali cooking class run by disadvantaged women in Nepal. You can explore the ins and outs of Kathmandu’s alleyways discovering its beliefs, traditions and customs through arts, ancient architecture and food. Maybe you can even challenge your team to climb 3800 stone paved steps, wander through the wildlife in lush forests and watch the sun rise over the snow capped mountains.
Along the way, your trip with us will also support those who are in need. And if that’s not enough, you and your team will also have a chance to share your skills and expertise with the women we help. These skill sharing sessions are hugely invaluable for them – it fills in the skill gaps, creates better employment opportunities and makes a difference in the community.
Whether it’s rewinding, challenging or rewarding your team after a particularly busy year, we can provide a wonderful trip for you and your team. A trip that builds your spirits, strengthens your bonds and helps create change.
We customise tours based on the group requirement.
You can fundraise for our community empowerment projects too.
